I've always really enjoyed watching the Great British Baking Show. So in 2019, for my birthday, my husband bought me a macaron cooking class. It was so fun at the class but once I tried it at home and I pulled the cracked and ugly macarons out of the oven, I took it as a personal challenge to master these finicky cookies. It has become a hobby of mine and I'm so excited to be sharing it with all of you!
